Easy check in. Room was bigger than most and very clean. It did not smell at all of smoke. Service was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was secure and I felt safe.

Great hotel Room was clean and large Staff helpful Self park Was difficult with luggage though Has Starbucks and chic fill a Great pool with shark tank and also slide On Freemont street and great place to walk around downtown Would recommend

I stayed in the Spa Tower: Suite 9D...July 12, 13......2024. In this case, and quite often Hotel Staff do not address Guest Concerns, as they are overwhelmed with the madness of the front desk, and feel people complain, simply to garner a discount, or credit of some type. My intentions were neither. My intentions were and are to make others aware of this derelict property, and not ruin other peoples vacations. Let me simplify this for you. The only possible, acceptable, most recently renovated rooms are in the RUSH TOWER......DO NOT PAY FOR A SUITE UPGRADE IN THE SPA TOWER.....I paid $300 a night for a 1987, broken down, crack house. The facts are, the upstairs toilet in the master bedroom did not flush, the toilet seat was badly cracked and faded. All sinks leaked water.....The couch in the living room, hence why you pay for a suite, to relax and watch tv.....was not usable....period.....meaning, you sink down 3 feet, when you try to sit in it, zero support of any kind......the list goes on and on.....how they take peoples money and check people into a place like this, is beyond me....

We stayed here for 3 days - while it was hot the hotel was great! Service was fast and friendly! Food delicious! and with a location you can't beat! Would recommend this hotel to anyone! While we didn't have our kids plenty of people did and the hotel was accommodating to everyone.
