We recently stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán. Will not be going back. The beds are like sleeping on concrete, no fridges in the room. You have to bring your own water to your room. But no where to keep it cold. They do not deliver it. No entertainment at night. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee you would have to buy that. Even though we were all inclusive Overall the resort was very nice. The food was good the best part were the waiters nice and attentive, especially Juan on the beach. When we checked in Dec 6th in the evening the woman at reception was very rude and not helpful at all. Check in took forever and finally another gentleman came and helped out. There are better places to stay for the money that we spent

We travel to Mazatlan frequently and enjoy membership at Pueblo Bonito. The facilities, location and service is always excellent. Especially I want to acknowledge Sophia at the front desk at PB downtown. She has helped us with check-in several times. I am always grateful to arrive and find her smiling face. She is one of the best staff at Pueblo Bonito downtown!

I just read a scathing review of Emerald Bay. I feel compelled to share our experiences. We have come to Pueblo Bonito for thirty years. First, I will tell you the people/staff are exceptional. It is important to remember you are in Mexico. There are no ADA laws to ensure easy walkways. The resort is set up to be a lush garden. Alfredo has designed it to have that experience. Maria took great care with our room. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. We had an issue with our screen door that was quickly resolved. We are mobile. Yet, I have watched many with mobility difficulties get around the resort with caring help from staff. One just needs to ask. A stop at the “adult pool” will connect with those with mobility needs. Many are guests who have come to Emerald Bay for many years. As for the cultural experiences, go on a city tour that can be arranged at the resort. Mazatlan is an old Mexican city with many cultural experiences. Every place a traveler visits will not have everything they want. However, it is so important to engage with the culture and community! It’s a beautiful resort and the people are great. Mazatlan is welcoming and exciting to explore.????????????

Iker was very good at his job and I liked his service. He was very professional and treated me and my whole family very kindly. The hotel room was always nice and clean, and the food was delicious. Everyone was so nice to us and we will definitely be coming back

We have went to Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán for over 25 years and twice a year for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. We love Patty and Sofia at the front desk and Juan, Noe and Oscar the waiters!!! They are the best !! They have always made us feel at home. We always played all the activities with Jazmine she was the Best !! Always made everything fun !! We were very disappointed that she is no longer there. The guy they have put in her place is horrible !! He has no idea how to play any of the games !!! We will not be playing any of the games since she is not there. We always looked forward to the activities !!! We will not play with that guy.
