Experience was great, I went with a group and we had a lot of fun. There are buffet style restaurants, cafe and ice cream shops. The Japanese restaurant was a vibe. I’d definitely go back. Food was good and the staff is so welcoming. The pool is huge and there’s access to the beach with activities such as kayaking.

The activities were gweh interactive by the pool etc. Room attendant did well. Also Chef Terrelle made my 1st Japanese restaurant experience a festive one. Loves the beach...... ... .. .......................... .....................

A Trip To Remember???? When you talk about luxury, cleanliness, great service, outstanding, pleasant and friendly staff let’s talk about Iberostar Waves.... First we want to say thanks for our wonderful experience at this hotel, the beach, rooms, restaurants and pool are clean,we love the gift shop where we got some Jamaican stuff to bring back home to our relatives and they were pretty affordable because we got our coupons activated at the concierge desk by Shondah, she told us we would get discount once they are applied to whatever we decided on getting so that was a big plus for us. The shows in the music theater was always entertaining especially the staff "Peter is the vybz master", we enjoyed (minute to win it). There was a open bar while watching the show. We all went to the night club at the other hotel by the selections , the club was fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m not sure if I remember the names correctly… Kahmar, Jovayne, Sheldon. An excellent and memorable vacation!! From the moment we arrived, the concierge services were inviting, helpful, friendly, and just so personalized. Debora helped us with everything, and checked on us every time we crossed her path. She conversed with us like we were old friends, and made sure we felt right at home! 10/10 recommended!!

It was a very tremendous trip i went alone and it was very great our concierge shondah and Daniel helped me so much the ladies were very patient and helpful they gave me the nightly activities they assisted me so much they recomened the best drinks food the ladies were just amazing. I went to Ys falls did Atv this trip was amazing. I'm planning to go back for December. See you soon ladies!!
