IBEROSTAR DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR MONEY!

i booked the IBEROSTAR BEACHES but fell the 2nd day of June 23, I don't know why it took me so long to write this review. My cousin stayed at the Grand which is now called the JOIA. i HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND GET STITCHES. My complaint is that Iberostar did not take care of the cab, medicine or the upgrade to the Grand. I did have a great time after I fell and healed. However, if I didn't have the financial means to pay for the hospital treatment, the state dept. would've had to get involved.
Losing its shine…time for some updates

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times within a 15 year span. This is the first time I feel the need to give this hotel a less than stellar review. They seemed to be short staffed or maybe the staff no longer enjoys working there….either way, the butler service was nonexistent until they called me on my last day to see if I wanted help checking out. Also, the TVs didn’t work for four days and they kept saying they were waiting on updates from the service provider. The free chips and pretzels in the room now come I. A refilled glass container (used to be prepackaged mini bags, which I prefer). And the final thing is the property is due for an update, the patching of key areas has become extremely evident. I’m going to try a different property on my next visit to Montego Bay.
