We love the Beaches Negril family! Montoya in concierge gave a a tour of the billas and helped make our early departure exceptional ?? We had fantastic service on the beach with Ann Marie and Anita?? And o...f course Delly, Jose and the entertainment team kept our 14 yr old busy with volleyball and interactive games in the pool! We love the nightly entertainment, it was our treat to each evening and lasts the perfect amount of time! This was our second trip back and ??won’t be our last!! We miss you already and we just left today????. See you all again soon ????????????

This resort is very small so I felt comfortable letting my tweens roam the property and hang out with kids they met, nowhere on the resort is more than a 5 minute walk from anywhere. It was easy for kids ...to make new friends because of the small size, you saw the same people everywhere you went. I was shocked at how small all the restaurants are, and because of this the dinner wait times could be long just to get a table. 3 of the restaurants require reservations which were not easy to get, it helps if you are concierge or butler level because they will make your reservations for you. The water is obviously beautiful being on Negril's seven mile beach and this was the main draw of this resort for me. My son absolutely LOVED the snuba and this was his favorite experience at the resort. Queen Boss leads this adventure and she was the friendliest and most genuine person we met on property. I had great interaction with her during booking as we decided to do this while there instead of booking ahead. She was so knowledgeable and caring during the actual trip, and when she saw us on property after the trip she always said hello. Queen Boss is the real deal, we love her. I highly recommend trying snuba or scuba with her as your instructor.

The staff is the best I've ever been around, that's why I chose to come back every year (7 years consecutively). The resort has a great layout, love my people Delly and Dershea. So welcoming with everyone ...and they always bring the energy. All I have to say to end this is, don't waste your time at other resorts and come to Jamaica ????.

everything was perfect. the employees and service is amazing. deli is one of my fav employees and has so much energy. i come back every year and love my experiences every time. i meet so many amazing peopl...e and can’t wait to come back next year.
