Montoya was very helpful throughout our vacation. We had several mishaps while there at the resort and she was able to accommodate a few of them to help make our visit better. Overall I would say the staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay in enjoyable.

Thank you for an amazing stay. Anthony and Shanice were amazing to us and made our experience one of a kind. They truly went above and beyond, especially with the amount of people we had they catered to each need. We had such a great time and super grateful!

Friendly and helpful are cornerstones of hospitality and this group kills it! Loved the rooms, the food and activities were awesome! I go for the beach, and water and sand were a 10! Montoya from the concierge's office is a gem. She went out of her way to serve my family a private dinner. I had failed to make reservations for my daughter's upcoming birthday :( Montoya just made steak and lobster happen in a cozy spot. Outstanding! We failed to secure the safe on our second day and housekeeping had security notified and resolved the issue immediately. Felt  appreciated by all staff, and enjoyed getting to know some of them a little better. So kind and hospitable, loved it!

This is the best vacation ever! The staff is amazing, great spa experience perfect, wonderful restaurants, overall perfect experience! Our concierge, Montoya was the sweetest! Front desk, Danielle and Anya were so helpful. Thank you for serving room 421 with the best housekeepers. We are very blessed! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all until next year!

The room was very close to the beach and all other amenities. This was a terrific vacation. The kids were especially happy because a lot of things were geared for them. Sesame Street. Kids waterpark. Pizza. And frozen yogurt. They had a ball.
