The rooms are very untidy with rats and lizard mess on bed and pillow. Also bed bugs and ants crawling all over the mattress. Holes in my roof i see night sky and sun shining through during the day. My skin is full of bumps from those bed bugs bites.. front desk at nights have no manners or customer service.. was a disgrace. I had to sleep in the lobby. Sorry i can't upload the videos
Stay away...avoid this place.

Terrible place...dated, old and generally Currently going through TUI to help with some kind of compensation back as the holiday was honestly that bad.The majority of staff were rude,The bar staff talk about you...just stay away!!!!!!!
