This was our first visit to Margaritaville Resort Orlando but certainly not our last...we were that impressed that we re-booked whilst staying there! We have been coming to Florida (our second home lol ) for over 3 decades now and have stayed in various types of accommodation. We have traveled over the years as a couple, a family and now back again traveling as a couple. We had the pleasure of staying here in from early to mid-October 2024 in room 545 and hopefully, we may get to stay in the same block/room on our next visit as it suited us down to the ground. Whilst there, hurricane Milton arrived, and left along with quite a few Florida residents who had to evacuate from other areas. The hotel appeared to take all this in their stride and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel,the grounds and all the staff were fantastic and that is why we are returning in May 2025 and hopefully again in October 2025.

Our server Mauricio is AMAZING!!!! All of the guest services staff has been amazing, very impressed. Food and beverage services have been great, not to mention the food on resort doesn't disappoint.!! Close walk to sunset walk and many more options.

Outstanding property, outstanding location. There is nothing you could want that you couldn’t get at this resort. Highly recommended. They have a wide variety of amenities, shops and a nice gift shop. Every restaurant you can think of is close by. The shopping center on the property is large and they have car shows on Sat nights. They even have amusement rides and a water park. An overall fantastic resort.

MARGARITAVILLE ORLANDO RESORT WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!! Me and my wife booked 3 nights at Margaritaville Orlando..three months in advance! We booked a Premium King Room balcony Pool view. Dec. 9 through Dec. 11th 2024 …upon arrival they made us pay in full. We arrived at 2:00 pm they made us wait all the way till 4:45 pm to get our room. To add insult to injury they gave us room 330 on the 3rd floor with total obstructed views of the pool. There was a huge Bismark like palm tree right in front of the balcony and also looking at the tops of shade screens could not see the pool at all! There was an air conditioning unit making so much noise right by the room no one could stand to sit on a balcony for more then a few minutes. The room had broken draws and the room looked nothing close to premium for $500 a night. When We went down to ask for the room that we paid for and were promised upon paying in full on arrival. There were Lines of upset people complaining ..this was something I had never seen at a resort before and was told they had no other rooms available because they had a big convention going on. I am a first responder and work in a hospital .. I was looking forward to relaxing since I have a very high stress job and limited vacation time. We drove 2 1/2 hours from Sarasota Fl to get to this resort to only be greeted with staff that could care less..I asked to speak to a manager and all of a sudden the one I was speaking to with no name badge was the manager. As far as I am concerned she never got the manager for me to speak with it was totally unacceptable! We canceled, asked for a refund and had to drive 2 1/2 hours back to Sarasota Fl. Don’t waist your time booking a vacation at Margaritaville Orlando and if you do hope you get treated better then we did!

Traveling with my family and 10 yr old kid. We had plans to go to Animal Kingdom for the day. Wish we had stayed another night to enjoy the amenities. They have amazing pools plus you can also access the beach club that is shared with Embassy suites. Disappointed that there was only 1 shuttle going to Animal Kingdom so we had missed it. They would not allow us to book a one way back. Also you need to reserve at least an hour in advance. We ended up ubering to the park. Also disappointed they would not deliver our bags to the room while we were at the park. Nonetheless the bags arrived quickly after we had checked back into the room. The room was nice and clean. Ate breakfast at the restaurant next to the lobby area. The floors were a little dirty. There was a spill on the floor by our table that wasn’t cleaned up well. The waiter, Stephanie was extremely nice and prompt. Food was decent. The rum punch at check in was amazing. I would return to go to the pool.
