Amazing. Epic

Raul, David, Fabricio, Neto, Ramon made the trip. We’ve been to many Mexican resorts and this was by far the best. You need patience with the elevators, but the food is as amazing, the drink great, and the pool and beach poised for a relaxing time!
Five day vacation, so relaxing

Stayed for five days recently. Played many games hosted by the activities director Jose, even won a few! Favorite server by far is Raul, but we had excellent service most times in the restaurants. Plan to return next year for Dia de los Muertos and will stay here again. Get the Miami vice drink, Soo yummy.
Love the marine wildlife, got to see sea turtles an stingrays lots of beautiful fish perfect for snorkeling

The staff was really great especially ivette , Iván and all of the staff they were really hospitable they make us feel so welcomed it's the third time we come here we love it and it's the most beautiful and better hotel I've been, so In touch with nature ?? we just love it .

All of our waiters were super nice and kind, everything is excellent. Like every year, we love staying here. We have been staying here every year since 2014. Food is really good and drinks are awesome. Beach is really nice and the color of the sea is awesome, a lot of fishes. both pools are nice

Yanet was fabulous in keeping our room tip top. The pool is beautiful and the views and beach are one of a kind. All staff were extremely helpful and kind. Food was delicious and drinks were maybe too good. Great time had by all. We will be back!!
