Great infrastructure but all the rest is average!!

Wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms, several pools and enough sun beds, nice prepared beach but that all doesn't compensate the quality of service which isn't what it should be in a 5* hotel. Restaurant reservations are very difficult and very badly organised internally. Concierge service is very poor compared to other places in the region. Food is average in all of the restaurants available. Customers are mainly Americans or Canadians, anyway the English level of all the staff is very very low. Great advantage if you expect a good quality of service: speaking Spanish!! Worse part: if any of the concierges suggest you to take part at a presentation of the hotel and its advantages, just send him to Hell! It's just a very bad manner to get you to lose some of your holiday time and try to get you to become a member of their "Melia Circle" what will cost you much more money than they tell you. We had a good time because the staff was mainly very nice but I wouldn't go again.

Such a beautiful hotel. Everything was just perfect. Food was great, accomodation fantastic and can't say more for the staff. I have never been at a resort where the staff were so engaged, efficient and caring. For the most part our personal concierge, Eriol, made everything so easy and effortless. We were two ladies travelling alone...thanks to eriol we always felt safe. He checked on us constantly and made all our reservations without asking. He provided us with lots of water and was always there via WhatsApp if he was at the hotel or not. It was a very effortless vacation thanks to Eriol. Can't say enough. He is a true gem to the Melia group. Hope to come back to this stunning hotel soon.
