Serenade hotel is amazing people great attention amazing clean safe & fun, rooms great with pool inside, food very good specially the restaurants variety, shows night spectacular original very professional.... Pools clean & safe, bar very very good in & out.
Look another hotel first!!!!

We are a family of four and we stayed for 1 week . First : the service was really good , I don’t have any complaints about it !!! 5 start for Erika in a lobby service and Julio on the restaurants Excellent... people!!! Very friendly and very nice!!! The hotel conditions are poor; the facilities are run-down and poorly maintained. The towels are dirty and old, and if you tip the cleaning staff, they'll definitely make sure everything is spotless. There's almost no entertainment in the evenings, just a show that lasts between 30 and 40 minutes. The entertainment staff are good, friendly, and kind; they really do wonders with the limited and poor-quality equipment they're given. The theater itself is awful, the screen is in bad shape, it's incredibly hot, not all the fans work, and after the show, there's nothing else to do! The food isn't the best, not even in the private restaurants. The buffet is unhygienic and unclean; there are flies, the food is always spilled, the floor is wet with a leak, and there are leaks in the roof. It really wasn't what I expected; I would have preferred to see another hotel first before booking
