Every employee we came across was super nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a late Honeymoon for us, but it was the best honeymoon. We were able to lounge and relax the entire week. My husband has never had a massage so getting a couples massage with the hydrotherapy and hot stones was perfect. Now he wants to go more frequently for self- care. The water was rarely hot for showers but that's what you get at any resort where everyone showers at the same time. We didn't allow that to ruin our trip.

Must visit the spa!! Excellent service! Super relaxing atmosphere with an amazing professional staff! One of the best hot stones massage I’ve ever had!!! Ask for Guadalupe.. you will not regret.. I could have stayed on that bed for another hour ????

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, pools were clean. There were always clean pool towels. The natural salt water pool was wonderful. My family had fun paddle boarding in the cove. Restaurants were good and there were multiple options, we didn’t get to eat at them all. The bars were quick and bartenders friendly, wait staff on the beach were quick to ask if you needed anything and just as quick bringing your drinks. It was a wonderful stay.

Itzayana was amazing! She was patient, funny, and very interactive. I would highly reccomend bracelet making for anyone looking to have an experience making something to bring home at the end of their trip. My daughter especially loved learning how to make a new type of friendship bracelet.

The hotel is small not much in activities. Very clean and well maintained. Food was better than most all inclusives. Too many babies and kids. The ocean area was very small and very few fish except baby fish. Pools were well maintained but very small. Staff was friendly. A stay once is good but wouldn't return to this location. The area by dolphins was very cool and easy walk.
