The most amazing Cancún experience!

The food, drinks, and service were absolutely amazing. The maids do a wonderful job of keeping the rooms clean! Very clean and well kept. The resort staff are all super nice, and friendly. Huge shoutout to... Joe, Monica, Mar, Tony, Dani and the rest of the entertainment team!! We loved you guys! I would 100% recommend!

The food selections were numerous, but not very good. The wait staff was hit or miss. It was hard to communicate as a lot of the employees didn't speak any English. the entire all inclusive package was ...a money grab. The hotel charges for everything, and doesn't have a lot availability. you are stuck taking secondary choices and waiting for cancellation on things that you wanted. When you do select something it may affect other plans, because you are scheduling everything days in advance, the hotel doesn't do refunds. Found that they will brake policy to get your money, but not for anything else. Alcohol was terrible. so watered down. I don't have an issue with Well liquor, I drink it at home. But the fact that it was so weak it was disgusting I have been to 7 all inclusive resorts throughout Mexico and Jamaica. This was the worst one, by far. Weak liquor, bad food, small selection of things, small property, bad beach and crappy policies in relation to money and customer service. Everything at the resort closed at 11pm, except the sports bar. it turned to a little mini club, till 12:30.. you had to do room service after that. which took anywhere from 45 minutes one hour and 15 minutes. The highlight of my trip (from the hotel point of view) were the wings and fries, that you got from the outside pool "The Bare Grille". Shout out to them for providing nourishment all week. To bad they close at 5 pm
