All-inclusive package, front desk did not inform of what comes in package. Room was near construction site, ask when booking if there is any construction going on. New room was wonderful once moved. Food service staff was wonderful. Beach beautiful.

The use of USB ports thru out was impressive. The room was attended to at a time that was consistent so that we were able to prepare ourselves for that scheduled time. From the airport at our arrival to our departure the Bay Gardens managemt and staff was exceptional in their service and information. Thank you so very much.

It's a beautiful resort that is well-maintained with extremely friendly, honest, and helpful staff. The atmosphere is wonderful. I loved that the staff were also playful with my two-year old. There were plenty of chairs on the beach and around the pool including ones with shade, and a constant breeze.

We had a very nice week at Bay Gardens Beach Resort (make sure you don't get confused with the other bay Gardens hotels as they looked rather grim to us when we went there to get the free shuttle back to the Beach Resort). Our seafront room was very spacious, clean & had everything we needed. It was cleaned daily & the tea/coffee etc replenished. There are water dispensers in the hotel, which was good. The food was pretty standard for the star rating but always plenty of choice. Sometimes the service was a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry! The beach (just a step away) is beautiful & also clean. There are plenty of loungers & umbrellas & if not, the security people soon bring them. The pool was fine but we didn't really use it as we prefer the beach. We had some very heavy rain some evenings & unfortunately, there are no umbrellas in the rooms, so it meant a hasty dash in the rain to get to the restaurant! The staff were very helpful & pleasant & generally very helpful. The manager was very visible, which was good. There's a free shuttle into Rodney Bay & it also came to pick us up from a couple of restaurants, which was much appreciated. Overall, a nice hotel, but definitely lacked atmosphere - maybe due to the high turnover of guests - I wouldn't let that put you off going, though!

Resort was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Great access to beach. Restaurant was not good. Food not very good and attentiveness of staff was unacceptable. Waited long time to be seated. Only thing edible was the hamburger. Too much to local cuisisne and then not very good. Was all inclusive so needed to eat there to not increase cost. Would not recomment to anyone unless you like low class buffet and inattentive restaurant staff. Staff at the bar was excellent. Ask for Roger.
