Sanctuary Grand Memories was Ana amazing experience. The Entertainment crew is so amazing and definitely knows how to make you feel welcomed. The staff and cleaning crew work extremely hard. All of the sta...ff are always smiling and are willing to go above and beyond for you. The adult only section is top notch with option to enjoy Grand Memories and all of there amenities as well. There is no shortage of things to do and if you want to just relax you can do that too. It has it all!

Grand Memories Sanctuary is amazing! The staff and Entertainment crew are a step above the rest with. Ami,Leo and Ray they are very active,energetic,friendly,crazy,welcoming,elpful and professional . The b...each is breathtaking! We definitely feel as though we were treated as family ??

We just arrived back from the sanctuary and we had the BEST time! When going to Cuba you have to realize things are limited and they do the absolute best they can. I will start with the rooms. Although ...they are dated and need a bit of love they were clean, the air conditioning worked great, we got clean towels for most of the days and we had hot water! We had bottles of water every day and the house keepers made sure to make our blankets into fun animals! We stayed in building 33. The food, we had a great experience with the food! Sometimes it is repetitive but there were plenty of options and we were always well fed. We actually didn’t have one meal where we left feeling uneasy or didn’t like what was offered to us. We didn’t do the main buffet at all because we were able to snag reservations each night at a restaurant. I’d say the food was 8/10! The drinks were 10/10! Ask for a peach daiquiri at the pool bar, you won’t be disappointed. The beach/pool, the beach was absolutely stunning as usual! There were always plenty of chairs and if you couldn’t find one all you have to do is ask a staff member and they will get one for you. The staff, I could write a novel about the staff. Each one of them was incredible, we felt welcomed and got to know a few of them during our stay. We took the time to talk to the gardeners, the pool staff and bar staff. All of them made our stay even better, each having a story to tell that really made us appreciate where we come from. The manager of the sanctuary was there morning until night every single day that we were there. At one point she even kicked her shoes off and joined in on the fun in the pool! It was great to see. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would return for sure!

The beach here is amazing...like the staff...they are amazing,helpful,kind,giving warm,hospitable,funny,Profesional and etc...I like the food and drinks,my room is great,comfortable,near to the room,Naomi,...Ray and Leo the showman are amazing entertainers !

Wow, this place is the best from A to Z. The food, the service, the rooms, the entertainment were the best. Sabrina and Christian run a great place. The weather was also excellent. We made lots of friends ...from all over. Absolutely no complaints for this place. Definitely going back to this place next time I'm in Cuba.
