We have just finished our stay at Hilton. It was my partners first time in Mexico and my second time (although my last visit was 10 years ago) and this place was EVERYTHING we hoped for and more. Staff: From start to finish, the staff at this resort have been nothing but a joy to be surrounded by. They did not expect tips, but went above & beyond to deserve it. I would like to mention Deborah specifically as she took the time on multiple occasions to speak to us, she is so lovely and an amazing asset to the Hilton team. Additionally, the team at Spice, Aromas & the chefs at Rincon Mexicano, you are AMAZING!!!!! Additionally - the cleaning team at this resort are on it!! I have never noticed any litter or mess, it was perfectly clean all of the time. A big thank you to the cleaners who were assigned to clean our room daily also! Food: The food at this resort we were really pleased with. We ordered room service a handful of times, it is great that this is included in the all inclusive package. This is the first time we have been on holiday with included room service so felt like such a treat for us, especially since it was so quick & delicious. Specifically the food at Maria Patrona & Chefs plate (which is a surcharge but worth it!!) we were absolutely blown away with. The only fault I had with Chefs plate was the ribeye being very fatty, but still enjoyed it regardless. Me and my partner are foodies and we said a handful a times that certain foods were the best we have ever eaten!!! Room: We stayed in a room located just above the quiet pool and it was amazing! Neither myself and my partner are bothered about ocean view etc so this was absolutely fine for us. The room is incredibly spacious, the hot tub in the room felt like luxury as we have never had this either! The bed was the comfiest bed we have EVER stayed in, I had such a good nights sleep every single night - so much so that I have took pictures of the pillows so I can order the exact ones when I am home. I could go on and on about this hotel, but it has been a catalyst for so many amazing memories that me and my partner will cherish forever. We are already looking at prices for next year! If you are reading this review with any apprehension on whether you should book this place - just do it. Thank you Hilton for being amazing hosts. We hope to be back in the future!

This was our first time staying here. Rooms are nice, updated, clean. We went with a large group who had different “levels” of rooms. All rooms are exactly the same, the only difference is the view. The food was average, not mind-blowing. The best part of the hotel was all of the pool side activities! Rodrigo taught all of the aqua fitness classes, aqua pilates, aqua bike and aqua boxing. These classes were challenging and so fun!!! Then afterwards we chilled out by the pool with drinks and had fun with the pool entertainment crew. The foam party was a blast!!! Would definitely stay at this hotel again just for all the great entertainment everyone provided.
