Wonderful all inclusive adult only resort. Great location connected to beach. Food and customer service were great, onsite restaurants were all delicious. Outstanding views are amazing. Great location. Checkout was a little awkward but everything else was great. I’ll be back.
Disappoints again

Once again Hilton disappoints as we walk through the door. The area we requested and wanted are not available. We understand the exact room we wanted would not be available but to be sent to the worst area is not right when this is our 13th visit here. Our cabana was given away. It was reserved two weeks on advance. They knew our flight would be arriving after noon and of course the check in takes at least an hour. And what is everyone’s response. “I wish I could do something “. But no one does anything..:ever. It’s just sad.
