Beautiful resort and Pedro is the best!!

Pedro our pool/beach side server is the MAN!!! He made our trip 1000 times better. I would come back to this beautiful resort just to see Pedro. His hospitality and service was top tier and top notch. If you come to Hilton Cancun ask for Pedro!!!

What a fantastic place. We had a grand time. The rooms are spacious and well stocked. The pool are is gorgeous. Breakfast in the Vela is great and Aracely, Leonardo and Arturo really stood out but the entire staff was excellent. We ate at all 3 specialty restaurants..Mexican, Italian and Steakhouse for dinner. The food was very good. The menus have foods included in the all-inclusive as well as others which will cost you but the menu is specific for those. The entire hotel staff is very attentive. Will definitely return
