I really wanted to like this place . . .

I did my research and happily took my wife/17 year old daughter out to Mexico. I quickly regretted my decision shortly after. We could not get any reservations for the first 3 days and they only had two alternatives. One was a lackluster buffet and the other had lunchable grade pizzas. We ordered room service on 3 different occasions and it took at least 3.5 hours to arrive. We were literally sleep. Ordered at 9.30pm and received the burger at 1.30am. We waited 45 minutes for the two restaurants we were able to get into. Also, had to wait 30+ minutes for drinks. On top of all of this, my daughter got food poisoning. It was understaffed and over populated. They were short on towels as well and the bar areas were completely packed. The room was nice and the beach was great as well. The pool/jacuzzi area was packed with children (although it was advertised as one would be for adults). I really wanted to like this property but with the lack of activities and food options I would have to rank this at the bottom of my all inclusive hotel stays.

Beautiful hotel, with great food. We went during Christmas & the hotel was a bit overcrowded as expected. Unfortunately we weren’t able to try all the restaurants. The Italian was delicious. Pillows were comfortable, but beds were a bit hard. Our family loved the night shows. The BEST KIDS CLUB! My 9 yr old daughter was always asking to go to the kids club. The staff were very organized & the safety of the children was obviously top priority. Arge, Dani, Nath, Angie, Dixie, Ale, Paty were so friendly & welcoming.
