We would not recommend this resort. The overall experience was disappointing, primarily due to subpar food and consistently poor service at both the pool and restaurants. Only two restaurants were open at ...any given time, limiting dining options. Most of the mixed drinks and espresso beverages were not well made. Upon arrival, we were immediately approached by staff and pressured into attending a timeshare presentation at another resort. After declining multiple times, the attitude of the staff noticeably shifted, and we felt we were treated with less care. Housekeeping was also an issue—despite requesting clean linens, we never received clean sheets during our 5-night stay, and getting fresh towels required repeated follow-ups.

Horrible ceviche, terrible hamburger, $40 for the worst pizza I’ve ever had. So disappointed. The food here used to be good. I don’t know what happened. ?? Don’t get the all inclusive, you’ll regret it. O...ther guests told us the seafood buffet looked like it was leftovers from the day before. New chefs needed badly!

Always an amazing time, room was fantastic as are all the staff. They will all go out of their way to make your stay memorable! Alfredo Farias is always super friendly and helpful at the pool area! Will... definitely be back as soon as we can at either this location or one of their others!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. I don’t usually travel alone, but this time I decided to go for it—and I’m so glad I did. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a delicious margarita, and from that po...int on, everything just felt perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really stood out to me was the people. Everyone who works there is always smiling, and I felt genuinely comfortable throughout my entire stay. I especially want to highlight the amazing service I received from the concierge team—such kind and positive energy. Oscar, Habib, and Mauricio were always attentive, fun, and made me feel truly cared for. The front desk team was also incredibly helpful. Rafa, Leslie, Melissa, Jacqueline—everyone at the front provided excellent service. I’m already planning my next visit!

This resort have a excellent location, the people that work here are really friendly, the best season its march totally, the rooms are ok but are a little old so maybe you need to know it, the housekeeping... are excellent but they dont clean the coffee cups it could've better Thaks beronica, anne, aloumdra, bianka and monsi that are asome to helping me every time
