Horrible place to stay!!! Don’t even consider staying here. They are doing maintenance every day ALL day so you can not be in your room from 10 am to 10 pm. They will not compensate you for the inconvenie...nce either. We had to leave the hotel just to get away from the non stop drilling. Management told us there’s nothing we can do. This is what time they work and they’re going to continue doing it throughout our entire stay. Didn’t offer anything not even a different room. Not to mention this is probably one of the most outdated hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Air conditioning didn’t work well even when we were at the room just to sleep. We are checking out early and losing money to stay someone else for some peace! Plus you will be stocked by the timeshare staff that will chase you down every chance they get! They will even call your hotel rooms after repeatedly telling them you are not interested! Staff have been rude and unhelpful this entire time. Save yourself the grief and aggravation and stay somewhere else.

The beds are cozy, there is a wonderful selection of food at the restaurants and the drinks were incredible. The pool and activities were so much fun and all of the staff made sure we had an amazing time c...elebrating our 30th birthdays. Shout out to Arath(1000/10), Charly, Tino, Leo, Diana, Jey, Oscar, jr Isidro, Javier, Daniel, Isabel, and every one else we met during our stay, we love them all! Make sure to see the guy who makes the fresh pasta! Aqua dance and aquaerobics were a blast! I highly recommend staying here as well as getting the all inclusive package if you are looking to celebrate!

We loved the hotel, beach and staff especially Etelvinei Lolez! Downtown was a nice beach walk that took about 2 hours to walk with amazing restaurants and drinks along the way. Marina had a wonderful farm...ers market. Sellers on the beach were super nice and not pushy. Massages on the beach were fabulous and well worth daily.

The room was clean but we faced the street and it was too noisy to sit on the deck. The adult pool was close which was a huge disappointment. They are planting to rebuild that area sometime. Our concierge... was Magali and she was great. Malena, Megali and Martin were always ready to help.

I spend a few days in this lovely Resort. The location is near to the airport and Malena, Magali y Martín received us and they explained the facilities of the resort and helped us with all our questions.... Friendly staff, great food, clean, great facilities. Beach club and SPA. The gym is quite well equipped The hotel offers different activities for everyone. Do not miss it!
