The staff is wonderful!! They are always eager to do what is asked of them: from the young man on the beach putting up extra umbrellas with a smile to the waiters that are working the pool and beach areas. Truly enjoyed the entertainment from the spectular Mexican night to Cacino night The food is delicious and served by welcoming waiters. Even the Chefs would take the time to come out to meet, greet and ask our opinions. I asked for a certain salad dressing, he went all the way to the other restaurant and personally brought it to me. WOW! They all deserve a gold star. One of my best vacations.

I can't tell you enough how safe and cared for I felt at the Villa I was scared traveling alone I always travel with my husband. I went for medical reasons. Ana overheard me speaking and before I knew it, Ivan and her were looking for a room on the ground floor a room I would fell safe because I said I was scared. Even the security guards were looking out for me. It's a safe place trust me but I'm a person that worries a lot. I had to extend my stay again for DR visits the hotel was fully booked and again I went straight to Ana and she took care of everything I got to stay in the same room. Arrived at this resort Dec 7 with my wife and 2 teenagers no one greeted us not a high a smile nothing. Wife and kids took the luggage and went and sat down in the lobby and I stood in the check in line. Stood there in line for 90 minutes in that time no one approached my family or myself. After check in we wanted to grab supper unless we wanted to pay 600 pesos each at the theme night with a picked over buffet there was no where else to eat. So we thought let’s go to the sports bar as we went to cross the resort we noticed the one pool was drained and was blocked off and the sports bar was closed. No mention of that at check in. We went across the street to the food park which was ok. Thank god we only had a one night stay and we are now at Villa Del Palmar Flamingos which is a completely different experience than downtown. I will write my review of this resort when we return home. ????

This is our favorite resort in PV. Playa, pools, staff is long term and amazing. Spotlessly clean. Ideal locatioon including walking distance to a grocery store and shopping area.

First time at this location. Did in the past Villa del Arco and villa del Palmar in Cabo. Smaller and very quiet hotel.Rooms ok with great housekeeping.Excelent gym . All inclusive was good with great service , premium drinks and pretty good food. Three restaurants on the site, pretty thin entertainment. Older crowd, dead silent after 11pm, not a party place lots of families.Close to town where you can party late if you are into that. Two malls within 5 min walk.Mentioning Emiliano,Rubi,Ricardo,Isabela, Veronica,Moni, Cesar,Oneida.Stayed there for two weeks right after Thanksgiving.
