Highly recommend Grand Velas Riviera Maya! Food was fantastic, service and personnel were all amazing and very attentive. Our concierge, Carolina Collado was awesome. She handled all of our reservations, t...ransportation, and was there to help us at any time. The spa was world class and an amazing experience as well!

The resort was just wonderful and the service was amazing food fantastic and our concierge was wonderful the pool over looking the ocean just beautiful and the ground amazing the pool service was right on ...target and the drinks were wonderful

Beautiful property, fabulous staff, & exquisite food! Our trip was a fun getaway for our family with two teenage girls. Domingo, pool/beach waiter, went above and beyond all 5 days of our stay. He was very... attentive & kind. My girls loved his greetings each day…hello Cambern Senoritas! Daniela, Angel & Fatima were also very helpful staff. We loved our rooms & the large bathrooms with a sitting vanity were a huge plus. Only disappointments were lack of a fun bar/gathering place at night at the Ambassador and the rocky beach. Beach was not attractive with large cement barricades & barely usable with the amount of rocks that scraped your feet as you entered the water. Seaweed was also a big problem while we were there. We spent all of our time at the beautiful pool. Overall, a great trip!

Just returned from Grand Velas Riviera Maya and it was a 5/5 experience. Best service we have ever experienced at an all-inclusive and really delicious food. Really enjoyed Cocina de Autor, Chaka, and Fr...ida. Lucca was good but we enjoyed the unique dishes at the other restaurants more. Azul was great for breakfast & lunch- not as extensive as other all-inclusive buffets but everything was tasty and done well. Poolside food also delicious. For those with little ones- they provided a crib, sterilizer, teether, bottles, bath tub, bath towel & soap/shampoo, bottle brush, stroller, bottle warmer, swing. Enjoyed the massage & hydrotherapy too. Gym was nice. We went to Xcaret Arte last year and the food there was good too but I liked Grand Velas better. They are very different vibes. Xcaret is huge and worth it if you want to go to the parks. Grand Velas feels more cozy and relaxing and better service. We are not fans of Excellence (playa & riviera Cancun) and we’ve been to Hyatt Zilara & Ziva. Grand Velas is just a different level in terms of service & food. Also used Injoy for family photos and loved how our photos turned out. Would recommend them. Shoutouts to the amazing staff! Carolina was our concierge and always quick to respond and very helpful with everything. She helped us adjust dinner reservations, get our nanny, schedule our massages, communicate with various parts of the hotel & and also made our stay so special for us and our baby with some special surprises! At Azul everyone was always so kind- Miguel, Antonio, Nancy, Alonzo, Fabiana were all attentive and provided amazing service. They really provided 5 star service each time! Miguel really was the best server ever- I had brought a plate of dessert to the table and realized that I did not have a clean utensil. The moment that I had that thought, Miguel magically appeared with a clean spoon! When Fabiana saw me stuck at the table with my awake baby, she came and offered to make me a plate- so kind! Poolside- thank you to Domingo our favorite! He constantly made sure we had cold water/drinks and adjusted the umbrella for our baby to have shade. Thank you Fatima too! Frida- from the guacamole cart to the margarita cart, everything was great. Cocina de Autor- Jesus was amazing and you could tell he was very passionate about food. He was very knowledgeable and professional Chaka- Omar & Mario were awesome. Thank you to Omar for all of his recommendations on what to order. They were all on point. Overall a great experience & we cannot wait to go back. Thank you to all of the kind staff for making our stay a 5 star experience.

The pillows are heaven, I've never seen or experienced better service. Especially the personal concierge, we had Aaron he was absolutely amazing, ge even gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip.... This changed my entire view on all inclusive
