Phenomenal vacation spot! The grounds are meticulously maintained, the service is beyond exceptional, and the food is top notch! The requested a ground floor room near the Ambassador pool and it was the perfect location with kids. The coffee at Amat is wonderful and the ladies there are so friendly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the kids club. Ivonne, Wendy, and Naomi went out of their way to make my daughter’s stay the best. Antonio at Sen Lin and all of the wait staff were on top of my child’s food allergies. Eduardo by the swim up bar, Iran, David, and Tayde by the pool were the absolute best! They worked so incredibly hard each day. Our personal concierge, Carolina, made our stay at Grand Velas the most amazing trip we’ve taken. She was so warm to my children and went out of her way to make special for them! We were blown away with her kindness. There isn’t anything about this resort that is a negative!

The service, the food, the activities for the kids all are awesome and top notch. From the moment you arrive till you leave the concierge is always there and making sure your stay is the best. We want to specially thank our concierge Jose Zavala for his great service and making us feel like home. We will defiantly be back and request Jose.

This resort is quite wonderful for families. From the very start of our trip, our personal concierge, Carolina, was absolutely amazing! She was the most friendly and warm hotel staff I've encountered. Our small children were able to stay with one of the hotel nannies while we were enjoying our anniversary dinner. Karla, was lovely and sweet. Our youngest was sleeping soundly when we returned. The whole resort was very peaceful and lovely.

Love this place! All the drinks are free. The spa is nicest in the whole world! I did the 50 minute Swedish massage and although expensive, there is a water experience ahead of time. DO IT. Most amazing experience Ive ever had. I do marathons and triathlons and need good massages, this place is the best anywhere, hands down.

We had the best time as a family of 6 creating memories without devices (but if you need them- wi fi is on point). The service, food, and kid activities were exceptional compared to other all inclusives. We had the perfect family suite for 6! Our room was icy cold. Our kids ages 6-13 loved teens club ping pong & pool, kids club hair wraps for our girls, foam parties pool side, rock wall climbing, snow cones, snorkeling on the ocean and the trampolines! The poolside service from Orlando, Luis, and Iran was flawless! Everything we needed or wanted plus so much more from the best concierge, Alexa! She made my daughters & husbands birthdays so special along with amazing birthday celebrations at Frida & Luca! We felt safe with our girls at kids club for our Cocina de Autor amazing experience with our 12 & 13 year olds! Highly recommend for an amazing, memorable family experience with great service and food in a beautiful setting!
