I invited my Sister (from Netherlands) to her first time in Mexico and I can’t pick a BETTER option than Hilton Playa ! Room- views- entertainment- food…you name it ! EVERYTHING on this property is amazin...g! Food was so good and options are limitless. Gracias Laura from front desk for welcome my Sister and I making sure everything was great Thank you Fonsi ( from La Mejorada) BEST BARTENDER EVER ! Aaron Pineda - Entertainment staff was SO GOOD ! Benita Pech from lobby night bar was way AMAZING! Carlos our FAVORITE waiter from Kalamata ! The Spa Innan it’s always my favorite treat It’s so nice to come back to a place where you feel like HOME ! The ONLY thing I would improve is the MUSIC . We are tired of classic American hits from the 80’s ! We are in MEXICO ! We need to listen more latino music ! Thanks to the DJ that added some for us to be able to have fun as well Don’t go on Spring break if you want to enjoy relax and without bad smells from other rooms ! I will love to come back soon !

Stayed from March 28-April 4 First thing don’t go there with very high expectations We had a great time grounds were kept very clean and the hotel is beautiful. The room was huge with tib in the middle of ...room .Housekeeping was great always cleaning our room every day .It was our anniversary so we were greeted with a door banner and bottle of champagne and chocolates. The buffet at spice was good not very big though. All restaurants you will find something They should have buffet we really thought that would be nice at dinner but no complaints with restaurants .all staff every bar we went too were extremely happy and greeted you with welcoming smile and great service . We bought cabanas three times during our stay totally worth it as you get the chairs in front of you as well ours was gress as t location.our room room was pool view but we had to email to upgrade as it was not offered through sunwing .they got back to us right away and we paid upon arrival fir the upgrade otherwise we would have been staying street view . Watch when you book you might have the option but they’re was a quieter pool fir those who prefer that . I never found it too loud even iin our room during the day . Entertainment ended at 11:00 but you just need to rake a2 minute walk to 5 th ave during the evening and night there’s tons to see it’s awesome I would give our stay 4-1/2 jbexause of beach seaweed and small narrow beach of buffet and early entertainment ending otherwise it would have been a 5 . You will have a great time
