Resort was beyond what we could have imagined! The staff , the experiences and the true hospitality was everything. Our room was everything , highly recommend the pool rooftop room for the best couple expe...rience. The resort was constantly doing upgrades to the facilities and you could see how much they cared about everyone’s experience ! The biggest should out to our concierge David , the all star of our week! He should run the place with how special he made us feel

We just returned from the Hilton Playa del Carmen and I miss it already! Everything was amazing. This was our first all inclusive (we've traveled together for 30 years, but no AI's) Our room was an ocean... facing suite -- which was awesome. Large bathroom, nice shower and that view! We spent a lot of mornings drinking coffee on the balcony preparing for a day of pool time, beach time or pampering at the spa. My favorite kind of vacation! We rented a cabana by the pool the first day which was lively! There was noise and a lot of activities--so, the next days we spent at the cabanas on the beach which are first come, first served and free to Diamond members. We had no trouble finding an available spot. But that is a personal preference. Most people seemed to enjoy the energetic atmosphere at the pool. We ate at every restaurant and all offered good food-- lots of different offerings. Our favorite restaurant was Kalamata. It is located by the quiet pool in a very serene part of the resort. We loved the food options there, but each restaurant offers something unique and delicious. We found the drinks to all be made with our preference of alcohol with no upcharges. The spa is nice and I had a fantastic hot stone massage and a collagen botox facial (no needles!) which I was offered at half price because I had already booked the massage.. very nice. All in all I give this resort a 10/10. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and eager to help. This is a definite YES! Book the trip.
