Our experience at Zoetry Montego Bay was not what we had hoped for or expected after staying at Zoetry VR Isla Mujeres a dozen times. Quality was not there. Although the rooms were very nice, the bed was a different story. They were hard, and the pillows were horrible and lumpy. I asked for another pillow option, but they didn’t have anything else. Our first room had a noisy air conditioner, and when we woke up it had been leaking all night and had water all over the floor. When we asked for maintenance to look at it, they “solved” the problem by turning off the air conditioning. Once we turned it back on, it started the issue all over again. The food was poor at best. They were out of so many things. I ordered eggs and toast for breakfast, they delivered my eggs and told me they were out of toast. One employee would tell us it was because of a busy weekend prior to our arrival, another employee would blame it on the last hurricane. They did not have top shelf liquor as advertised on their website, and many times, they were out altogether. They had a hobie cat type sailboat, and when we inquired about it, they wanted to charge us $70!

This is NOT a 4.5 star resort. When you go to an all inclusive resort you expect the food to be good. It was not. I have never had worse food at a resort. Food items would never come as we ordered. The quality and quantity of the food was very bad. The pool had moss growing in it. The beach area is very small and not very swimmable. Service was just ok. We chose this resort because it was small and we wanted something quiet and thought that it would work. It is too close to the airport so there are planes flying over every five minutes. It is right off the main road so there is very loud road noise. I would not recommend this resort at all.

The resort is immaculately clean throughout. The room was huge and well maintained by the cleaning staff. Thank you. The food in the restaurants, for all meals was exceptionally good. Service in the main was good but don"t forget it is "Jamaica style", where getting a second glss of wine took 30 minutes. Easily solved by talking to the boss. The waiters who served us were very good with a special thanks to Orane and Mark Anthony for looking after us so well, but the star of the show was Singing Barbi. the lovely Barbara, the lobby bartender, who looked after us so well, again thank you so much. On many nights after a late 9-30 meal we were the only ones in the bar. Barbara told us that most couples go to their rooms to watch Netflix and ??? We also would like to thank Stephvoy on the front desk, for his patience and helping us out with our phone and trying to contsct the Sunwing agent who we never saw at the resort. The beach although small was good but the ocean was very shallow and full of seaweed which made swimming difficult. Again on some days we were the only ones on the beach. The pool was very clean and well maintained Nowadays noise is considered to be pollution. This resort is very noisy, which is expected due to the aircraft landing and taking off from the nearby airport, but for us the biggest offender was the dual carriage high way , which is literally a stones throw from the resort. Large, old diesel trucks which probably have never been serviced properly, when accelerating and decelerating sound like machine guns being fired, while emitting plumes of dangerous exhaust smoke. This was happeng day and night. Not good. For this reason,highway noise, I don"t consider the resort to be 5 star

I expected this place to match the similar location in Punta Cana. I was a little put off that certain items we asked for were not available. However my room was absolutely lovely. The shower was wonderful and hot and the bed was firm and plush dinner experiences were nice. I do wish that they had Offered pool size service.

The room was beautiful and cleaned everyday. The employees were very friendly and took care of all our needs. The food was good. The drinks were never ending. The menus were different every night. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't have change a thing.
