I stayed for 4 nights with family. Needed to ask housekeeping twice to get 1/4 of the things asked. E.g. Asked to refill coffee, milk, stir sticks and mugs, was only given coffee but without mugs or other stuff. One of the slipper was poorly broken on the second day. I asked for replacement but was told that we can only have one set even if it's broken, and I had to use one slipper for the rest 3 days. 2 water bottles were given on the first day we checked in, and I was told that we can only have one set of water and they won't replenish for the rest of our stay. Elevator was quite noisy, especially obvious at night time.

I absolutely loved this gem of a hotel. Centrally located and beautiful. From the helpful staff on the door to the valets, they are brilliant. The bar area has a lovely ambience, a bit pricey but none the less worth paying for to be transported back to 1940 My room was great on the 7th floor, comfy beds. My only regret is not staying longer. Thank you

We arrived late in the evening and I had mistakenly booked the following night as check in. We were given a room even though the hotel was fully booked. Excellent front desk service. We then had a drink in the clock bar and Mike was awesome. Rooms are small but very nice. Lobby and location cannot be beat

We got the basic Fairmont King Room. It was a little small, but clean and newly renovated. It was our first time staying in the Fairmont. The Hotel is gorgeous. We ordered a room service breakfast. It was great! Fresh and hot, served in style. Pricey though. Location was great. Room had slippers, bathrobes and just felt like you were in the Fairmont.

We arrived around 9pm only to be greeted by a line for check in. After waiting maybe 15-20 mins we finally checked in. The room itself was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfy BUT the shower was not good. Well it was if you like a cold shower! The most we could get it to was luke warm and that was pot luck! Expected more from a Fairmont.
