Beach palace stay for 9 nights

First time staying in Beach Palace. The beach is the best - really warm, soft sand, turquoise waters. Loved it. The pool was okay. Main pool is small and crowded. There’s a tiny pool next to it w a swim up bar. And another tiny pool to the right, which is a kiddie pool. The rooftop pool is really nice - there are two of them up there and it’s very quiet and have swim up bars. The bartenders up there are extremely warm and friendly. I cannot remember their names but thank you! We had one day where it rained due to the hurricane and most of the staff wasn’t able to come in, so they were short handed to say the least. However, the staff members who were here were amazing and worked 100 times harder just to make sure the guests had food to eat at the buffet and were as comfortable as possible. At the buffet, there were only a few staff members but they had the director of operations and security people making breakfast. Everyone really came together. Shout out to Josias and Antonio at the front desk! They were extremely friendly and helpful with our entire stay. I stayed for 4 nights with friends and then 5 nights with family and they were able to help us keep our same rooms. Ramon in guest services was very kind and took care of us. The only staff member I didn’t like was Jose in guest services. I went to him twice and both times, he didn’t help and seemed too lazy to lift a finger. Overall, good stay. Renovations will start next year, which is much needed.

Excellent service and yummy food from Beach Palace. The beef brisket from Smokehouse is the best brisket I had. The beach is superb my kids had so much fun everyday. Thanks to all the great staff provided the warmth service especially Ernesto and Andres from buffet restaurant they have been fantastic to welcome us everyday and make sure we have everything we need. Definitely in our return list next time when we travel to Cancun,
