The rooms are hot and nothing like the pictures you see on the travel sites, you have to pay more money to be a sunclub member just to eat at certain restaurants, this is ALL INCLUSIVE so why does anyone need to pay more money as expensive as the resort is. All activities are better off the resort. One side of the property is 4 flights of stairs, the other side has an elevator, with much nicer rooms. You will not get the room you see online, so please be aware. Bring plenty of sunscreen, the catamaran was the best attraction on the island through Irie Tours. In downtown is the realest experience, stop by perfume lab, it’s pretty cool to make your own perfume! This could be a nicer resort if they upgrade the rooms without the elevators. Food was decent, didn’t care for the lunch at the blue water restaurant, the Italian and Asian restaurants are the best on the resort.

Honest review, the beach is beautiful with lots of fish to see. They do need to replace the beach chairs as alot of them are damaged. They do rin out of beach towels as stated in other reviews. The al la carte restaurants are good, except they don't have enough open a night to accommodate and leaves for long wait times. Housekeeping is lacking, had to call down numerous times for towels, wash cloths. We stood in the sunclub and my daughters stood in the regular rooms. One of our sun club rooms was supposed to have king bed ocean view and had to 2 separate beds. My daughters room had bugs in the room and took numerous calls for them to come and spray the room, it took about 3 days of calls. The sliding door to our room was broken and impossible to open, I called 4 days straight and then gave up, but being that is was a ocean view room it was upsetting we couldn't use the balcony. The buffet has a horrible set up, food is on sternos and not enough food for the amount of people leaves for long lines and food running out and then having to wait for them to refill. The dessert section is awful. They should keep the ice cream place open until the night time, since that is the best dessert they have. The evening entertainment is lacking for sure. Shows are lacking and the beach party was a joke. They spent more time line dancing and contest then actual beach party. It overall was an ok stay, nothing great. a basic hotel with a beautiful beach. I wouldn't return I would try a different hotel.
