Great heating, clean bathroom , decent sized rooms, fast elevators, great location close to train station. Front desk can’t be more helpful and cheery. High priced rooms. Windows aren’t sound proof. The entrance looks dull, can be lighted up and made much brighter.

We did the tequila and mezcal tasting with Daniel, and wow we were blown away by the knowledge and history of the the tequila and we loved the tasting menu. Daniel walked us through all the steps how to taste and the flavors and history involved. I would 100000% recommend doing this experience and having Daniel walk you through it. He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to 10/10

Overall, great place to stay. Rooms are a little old but clean and beds are comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Great location and staff. Room is large for NY standards. Bathroom was just a little worn. Overall clean and good just a little dated.

This was my forth trip to nyc from Australia but my first time staying at the Hyatt Grand Central and I’d definitely stay there again. The location was perfect, the hotel was very safe which was welcomed being a solo traveller. All of the staff were so nice and welcoming. The room was great, the bed and pillows were comfy and the bathroom was a good size. I stayed for 18 nights and loved it!

The location was great! The service and room were way overpriced. Tub didn’t work, brown water, no washcloths, no response from manager. No water. Ushered out of bar at midnight with a plastic cup. If I’m spending this much money on a hotel I expect way better.
