Our all inclusive resort stay was not what I was expecting. I have been to many other All inclusive resorts and this has been one of the worst one. The Hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are also very friendly and attentive. my family and I stayed in 2 rooms, the rooms were next to each other, and were very musty and smelled like mold. The Food was horrible. Although they did have some options, it was not very family friendly. They did not have a great food selection for kids. No chicken tenders or nuggets, only burgers and hot dogs that were undercooked. The various food available was undercooked

This hotel was Amazing the staff was awesome and the dancers were spectacular loved them ?? food was wonderful ?? I would come back again shout out to the dancers The best Nutella,Winnie,Piry,sombra,the black Lion, la bebe,Lava,Zania,chelo,Alice,junior,and Ludmila

We had an amazing experience at Viva. The resort itself is not amazing, the food is disappointing, but it is an amazing place to make memories with family. If your children (or yourself) are animal lovers, this is also a wonderful resort. The cats and dogs are so friendly and cute!! The orange cat with a striped tail and the dog with white eyebrows are such sweethearts!! The staff is also so sweet, Mauvie was extremely helpful, kind and remained professional! Leave a tip for her if she’s ever your server! Overall, viva is a decent resort but you should not have your hopes high for the food and the beach (the beach is literally like New Jerseys)

the hotel is very nice, it is very good for relaxing and the entertainment is also very good. the animation is very nice and good just like the rest. Winnie poo, the best nutella, la piry, blondy, smila chelo alice piry yunior la beby chalaca calamardo blak liom picachu ludmila

I has Lots of Fun !! Especially with the Workers calles The Best Nutella, La Pinyy and Lava!! Never a boring Day with them :) Would recommend 10/10 ! There are Lots of activities to do Like Playing Darts, learning how to Dance and others. The Staff can speak Spanish , English and German and will tend to your every needs. Thank you for the wonderful time.
