Staff has been nothing but amazing! Food it’s delicious!! Great variety of restaurants to choose from! The location is perfect, very close to el malecón. The rooms are renovated and so comfortable with amazing views. Room service at it’s best!

Amazing time here with family,my first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and I couldn't be happier with my visit. Service & activities by the pool deserves 5 stars, Mariana and Rene from activities made it so fun and kept us laughing and happy. I have never experienced anything like it and they made my vacation Amazing

We had an amazing time at the Sheraton all-inclusive. Isabel by the pool was the absolute best! So attentive and super sweet. I want to come back just to see her! That being said, the room was beautiful, the bed was sooooooo comfortable and the food and amenities were fabulous. The Tienda onsite saved us a number of times…when my only pair of shoes broke and when my husband needed pants to meet dress code for fancy dinner at Gaviotas for our anniversary (GREAT FOOD!). Highly recommend and once again, Isabel is THE BEST!

Went for a relaxing holiday and we got one. The Sheraton is centrally located a 25 min walk to the Malecon boardwalk with the old town along the way The property is lush and well maintained. 2 pools to choose from . Friendly staff and lots of activities if you choose to partake. Spacious room with a balcony was our treat . Our room was above the bar. Some nights a little noisy but not a deal breaker

Orlando Angel Jesus These three amigos gave THE BEST service to us every single day we went to the buffet. We were waited on hand and foot and every need was attended to each day … so happy with the service in the entire resort we will return for sure. Thank you so much for all that you did
