Just came back from our 5th stay at the hotel. As usual, everything was exceptional and exceeded our expectations! Everyone at the property from kitchen to gardens works hard to make your vacation unforgettable. Special shout-out to our butler Wander and reception desk manager Luis A. who took outstanding care of us and our friends during our stay. Great job guys! See you soon!

We spent 3 weeks at this resort , the resort is very nice, clean with great service and activities . We had a great help from Guest Service : María Elena Rodriguez. Probably we will come back next year with our friends , group of 8 people . You can play tennis and pickleball .

We went to Bouganville on November 20th and it was fantastic. The people (staff) were so kind and very helpful and all the amenities were so clean and the beach was great. We loved it and hope to be back soon. Make sure you see Chinichunga on the beach….he is a great laugh and will get you involved in events.

Good hotel with amazing food. The beach is nice and clean. Rooms are spacious but outdated and would need refurbishment. The area around the hotel is massive and hotel have everything what you need to have good holidays. Unfortunately, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and to go to town or trip car or taxi is needed. As taxi is overpriced would recommend hire a vehicle if considering site seeing. If you prefer to stay only in hotel during stay then the hotel would be perfect. Also, please note that sea is not clear and nice as in other Dominican area as the river nerby entering sea and this made the sea water mouldy but still nice to swim

Second time here this year having first visited in April for 2 weeks to celebrate a big birthday. Again as before, what is there not to love? All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food fabulous. Rooms spacious, clean and our’s appeared to have been refurbished so no issues at all. We all loved Don Pablo restaurant and were fortunate to visit twice as one of our group missed the first visit due to illness and thank you to the concierge who sorted it for us. Also thank you to Ana Ortego for the special touches to our room As a side note we travelled TUI on a package holiday who do not make you aware that you can book a la carte 10 days prior to your arrival via the Bahia app. We knew this from researching prior to the first time we stayed in April. Bar staff in the main pool and the lobby bars again always smiling and laughing and delivering great drinks. ?? The entertainment team, under the expert guidance of Ana and Pablo, again were up to their usual standard of being great fun and very friendly. Loved their dance lessons and I will try to master salsa on my next visit! Thank you also DJ for playing 4:40 for me ??. It was good see that Juan who was on the entertainment team on our last visit still working within the hotel but now on real estate- such a nice gentleman and we wish him well. I travel with my husband on all kinds of adventures across the globe but this hotel is now definitely my ‘go to’ relaxing holiday with my girl friends and rest assured it won’t be long until you see us again! ??
