Fidel at the main bar was amazing ! He took very good care of me and made sure that I was happy! Honestly the best margaritas in Mexico that I’ve had ?? he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was e...njoying their drinks and their time ! He is a true legend and the best there is . Please don’t give him a big raise! Honestly he made our stay so good! We have to return to the fives !!!!

We had this reservation which was confirmed through booking.com, of which we had proof, as well as through the hotel messaging service. When we arrived they denied having ever heard my name or having had ...communication with me or booking.com in spite of having their shuttle service deliver us to their hotel. They tried to farm us out to Playa del Carmen which is not the experience we wanted. Needless to say, everything happens for a reason, and we found our own accommodation in a much better part of town with more livelihood. That about sums it up.
