Exceptional Family Getaway at Grand Velas Resort!

We stayed at Grand Velas Resort with our family in December 2024 and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was spacious with a stunning view, making it a perfect retreat. A special shoutout to our concierge, Jose, who made our stay extra special with his attentive service. The service throughout the resort was impeccable, and we want to give a big thank you to Alberto from the swimming pool service—he was fantastic! The kids' club is simply the best we’ve encountered, offering activities that kept our little ones entertained and happy until 11 PM. We highly recommend Grand Velas Resort for families looking for luxury, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities. We can’t wait to return!

I can honestly say, this is the absolute best service I've ever received or have seen in my lifetime. The place was quiet, clean, and most of all relaxing. The attention to detail is second to none. My personal concierge, Daniel, was amazing. He was attentive, but not over bearing. He answered every question and went above and beyond more than once. I would not hesitate to go back.
