We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon for September 2023. What can I say. From the moment we arrived at the reception area we were treated to a world class experience. The quality of the food, the facilities, the extremely friendly and helpful staff were all top notch. Special thanks to Chris.

Came to Ocean alone not really knowing what to expect.. my cup is VERY full. From the first moment I entered the resort I was welcomed like family. Check in process was very easy but very thorough which I very much appreciated. Staff showed me around the resort so I knew exactly where I was going, and the best hidden gems. The breakfast, lunch AND dinner were absolutely incredible with multiple options including veggie, vegan or carnivore which ever you choose as well as, Mexican, Italian, Japanese restaurants to your taste. Hilda and Victor from the Mexican restaurant were very inclusive and made sure I had an incredible experience. Down at the pool bar, Kendelle and Mr Ever made sure we kept moving with their incredible dancing and music and customer service. I could go on forever about my experience but you need to come here and experience yourself. Enough spoilers from me! Would HIGHLY recommend and can’t wait to hear about your experiences!

This hotel is great, the food in the restaurants are delicious, the restaurants that I liked most was the Yokoso and DolceVita. But what I love was the experience team Viri, kendel, victor, Moises, Dali, Grecia and chiqui baby thank you for being so kind and fun, also thanks to Eber and German. For sure I will come back !!!

We had such a fun time. This resort has everything you need and so much more. Many different selections for food and activities. The experience team was awesome, Viridiana, kendel, victor, Moises, Grecia, chiqui baby, Dali thank you guys for everything.

Just got back from a two week holiday and all I can say is wow, the staff at this place go out of there way to make sure you have a fantastic time, the beach is the best it's been in years, and which ever restaurant we ate in we had great food, the blue team really went out of there way to make sure everyone was having a great time.from waking up in the morning to going to bed all you got from the staff was smiles and greetings, when the staff love working there you know it's a great hotel We would like to thank Jojo, Anna, Miguel, eber, Andre, Jorge, Francisco and all the rest of the staff on the bars Sylvia for looking after our room for us Kendal, vidi, and the rest of the blue team for keeping us entertained Alfredo, Russell, Carlos, and everyone else at the restaurants We will see you all again From terry(Mr ruso blanco) and Sue room 3101
