Excellent resort staff all very helpful and friendly, restaurants are all excellent and the amenities are all wonderful.

Wonderful hotel and resort. All of the workers are very friendly and work incredibly hard. The grounds themselves are immaculate and the resort is across many acres so ideal for running. The gym and spa fa...cilities are also of a very high standard. Endless activities and sports to get involved in, especially the yoga class run by Donald. Would highly recommend, perfect for families, couples and children.

My stay at Grand Palladium was pretty exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff. From check-in to dining at Hacienda and other on-site restaurants, the team was warm, attentive, and went above and ...beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The drink and cocktail selection was impressive, with options that kept us ‘refreshed’ in the afternoons by the pool and at the beach, & evenings at the lobby bars, which were vibrant and impeccably run. The resort itself is stunning, like staying in a rainforest with very well-maintained facilities. Only negatives - the beach was covered with seaweed, which detracted from its appeal - though obviously this is beyond the hotel’s control. Additionally, one pillow in our room appeared mouldy upon arrival, but the staff promptly replaced it with apologies, resolving the issue efficiently. Overall, the exceptional service and fantastic amenities made for a delightful stay - Thank you!
