Amazing white sand beach! Incredible concierge service with Luis. We truly enjoyed our vacation and excellent service from the entire staff. The pool and beach were both relaxing. Loved the shows and live music every day. Great restaurants. Overall, fantastic resort!

Guillermo our building Concierge was incredible. His attention to detail in ensuring our stay and accommodations were at our expectations was fantastic. He was truly extrodinare with his professionalism. The entire resort was great. Food was fantastic. Only recommendation is to have a quiet area and an another area for guests who want to play music and fun, etc. Resort is too quiet!

To get luxury at this luxury resort you must pay premium costs. Rooms could be cleaner. Food was great however, very disappointed with first come first served and no reservation policy. Beach area was great if you pay a premium for the quiet area with a better view.

This is the best all inclusive resort I’ve been too. There isn’t another one that compares as far as service and the beautiful beach. A couple of individuals that really stood out were our waiter Alejandro for breakfast and our concierge Roberto. Alejandro always made us laugh and feel like we were family. He was genuinely sad when we told him it was our last day. Our concierge went above and beyond. On our second to last day Roberto came by and wanted to make sure our transportation to the airport was in order. I got to looking and I accidentally booked the pickup time as our flight time. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone with the transportation agency. Roberto said don’t worry, you go and enjoy yourself, I’ll handle everything. Sure enough. We came back later that day and he arranged everything. We were blown away. Perfect pickup time to enjoy the morning, checkout, and make it to the airport without any stress. We can’t wait to book our next vacation at Secrets Maroma Beach!

We had such a fantastic stay at Secrets Maroma Beach! We were there with a large group of work colleagues, and had no problem getting into restaurants together as a group of 4 couples. The staff is so hospitable and friendly! Food was excellent as were drinks. The beach is lovely as is the pool, with lots of areas to find privacy if you desire it. We can't wait to come back!
