We were not treated with excellence or care from check in to checkout. The bartender was excellent in the lobby bar; friendly & efficient. The room was okay ; not the cleanest or updated rooms. No one rea...lly paid much attention to us ..the view is spectacular. The Italian restaurant was amazing and delicious with a fairly high price point - worth it for us. We tipped the car attendant and he walked away. We loaded our own luggage while a staff member stood and talked to another guest at length .

The hotels location is amazing. Check in was fast and efficient. There was an £80 hold fee on our card but returned no bother, i was worried about hidden fees as I'd read so many bad reviews about this ...but we didnt have anything like this . I didn't like that our room window didn't open for fresh air and the outlook was a conference room . The bathroom was nice but unfortunately on our final morning we had a bad leak come from the above room so I asked to move so we could shower . The bed was comfy but the flimsy plastic shutters on the windows didn't close properly so always light shining in from the conference room so not a fantastic nights sleep, I would prefer actual curtains that block out the constant light from conference room . The shop downstairs was great and the staff pleasant. I was diaspointed by the lack of changing room and lockers at the pool .I wasn't able to use the spa changing rooms as i was told it was for spa paying guests . I don't think I'd stay at those hotel if I returned to niagra as I didn't have great night's sleep any of the two nights I stayed due to the light shining in from the conference room and the leaking bathroom roof on our final morning .we had a long days travel ahead and really could've done without this hassle

Perfectly located at the bottom of Clifton Hill, this huge hotel has everything you could need on vacation. Check in was a lengthy process as a conference was also checking in but staff were great. Our r...oom was large with two queen beds but we had no window to anywhere much less a Falls View. The room was spotlessly clean and supplies were topped up daily. We didn’t use any of the dining options but did have a drink at the lobby bar and in the Niagara Distillery which is part of the complex. Other facilities include a Starbucks, a pool, a waterpark, a casino etc.

Stayed for one night and room was amazing with superb views of the falls, staff really helpful and friendly, plenty of places to eat and drink in and around the hotel , 10 minute walk to behind the falls, ...plenty of things around the hotel for children to do with play areas and amusement and water park.

Amazing view .The room was lovely and cleaning staff was respectful and efficient. The front desk could use some training . Upon arrival, was told that a $200 deposit would be charged to my debit card alon...g with any parking. I explained to the agent that my parents would be paying for parking one of the nights. Turns out we were BOTH charged for parking for the entire stay, and when contacted regarding the matter, as of today, have not received a follow up nor have our funds been returned on one of the nights of our stay we contacted the front desk regarding a leak coming in from the window, as well as draining from the tub. the person who answered told us that the engineers dont arrive until 7am and they will come by to look at it. no one ever came. No one called to follow up . nothing. Luckily only my water slippers were by the window, but would have been mortified had any other items been in the area.
