Best hotel at Niagara Falls

Best location and services. Right from the check in through check out everyone was very helpful and courteous. We booked a Juliet balcony falls view high floor room. We reached hotel around noon and were told room wasn’t ready, but within 30 mins got a text informing us that rooms ready. Rooms are new and decent size. Hotel is clean and well kept.

Great Hotel in a Great Location and Great Views of Niagara Falls

We arrived at the hotel at around midday to check in and were aware that our room was not supposed to be ready until around 4Pm. However we were told the room was ready. We made our way to room 997 located on the 9th Floor. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was quite Large with plenty of room with 2 large beds. There was enough space to hang up cloths several drawers chairs and a table beneath the large TV. The Shower Room was also very nice. The view from the room was towards Clifton Hill The Big Wheel, Roller Coasters and Ripley’s Believe it or not. Sheraton Falls View Hotel is huge. On the first floor there is a bar although not open very often. There are Large seating areas and several shopping areas. There is a Rooftop Bar with amazing views towards the falls. There are also other Bars and Restaurants around the hotel. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a short stay at Niagara Falls.

Are you tall? Yes! Look elsewhere.

If you’re tall don’t stay here. At 6ft 4 tall I couldn’t stand up in the bathroom, let alone stand in the shower. I was here for 5 nights and was informed no other rooms were available. The room had a queen bed which for a guy of my size was no use, again I asked for another room and told none available. So for 5 nights I’ve had to kneel in the shower, sleep with my legs off the end of the bed and to top it off the air con unit sounds like a flipping helicopter and then the buffet restaurant overcharged my card by £26 and then blamed the bank!! I won’t be back here. it was a really disappointing end to a 3 week trip touring the area.

Disappointing

We were put in a room on the third floor right next to what I assume was some kind of industrial extractor fan. The noise from the fan meant I could not sleep the room also smelt of stale fried food. After two nights unable to sleep I asked very politely to be moved. The staff were really unfriendly and not at all bothered that I’d had a bad experience. After speaking to 3 staff members they eventually agreed to move us. The room was still being cleaned despite us getting a message saying it was ready. New room was fine. Loved the rooftop terrace but feel let down by the customer service.

Visit to the falls

Fantastic hotel, can’t fault it. I’d read reviews about slow lifts etc but experienced none of this. Nice Starbucks in the lobby area and two places to get a decent snack or lunch. Our room was a fallsview room and it didn’t disappoint, it was amazing to see the falls every day and be able to see the fireworks every night at if we wanted. Room was cleaned to a very high standard daily, 2 large queen sized beds, huge tv, everything was perfect
