Excellent experience at Fairmont Pacific Rim. The staff are very friendly and the service is fantastic. Harbour view is fabulous. Pretty close to Canada place and Gastown. Very convenient. Highly recommend... for family or couple stay!!!!

The FAIRMONT Pacific Rim is the perfect hotel to stay in Vancouver. The location is in the heart of everything you would want to see downtown. The hotel is so clean and modern with large rooms and bathroom...s and the best amenities. Most importantly, the service is beyond exceptional. My luggage was delayed and the hotel gave me a pair of clothes and shoes to change into! Special shout out to Jennise G and Lorena Silva who worked magic to make my stay memorable. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel when staying in Vancouver!

The reception upon entry was very warm, gracious and helpful with all needs met to swiftly. We had a fine experience settling in for 3 nights of spa/pool access, respectable gym and live entertainment opt...ions. I had a particularly 'facepalm' experience at the pool when I realized I'd left my cell phone in my trunks during a few laps. After a whimsical few minutes of cursing under my breath I collected my thoughts and the lobby restaurant was beyond reproach in their helpfulness - providing a bed of dry rice to aid in the cellular rehabilitation efforts. (Shockingly this desperation ploy worked!) At check-out they were kind enough to hold our luggage for a few more hours until we were ready to travel to the airport. Wonderful experience well done!

This was a first class experience, all the way. Modern Hotel with great views of the mountains. The hotel was buzzing with activity and that is a great sign for the beautiful city of Vancouver. Staff wer...e excellent and the Gold level experience was flawless.

We visited for a girls weekend and right from the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. Someone approached us to see if we needed help checking in. The lady who checked us in was lov...ely and when giving us our keys came out from behind the desk to give them to us. It's all these little touches that really elevate the experience. The room was really nice with lots of wood accents that I loved. There were four of us staying in the room and they had provided amenities for all four of us, we never had to call down for anything. There were robes and slippers for each of us and lots of glasses and water. We were very excited to return to our room to find we had received turn down service as I know not all hotels are offering that anymore. They kept our water replenished during our whole stay and even filled up our ice bucket for us. We had been told there was a car that would take us where we needed to go if available and it was lovely to have the car take us to breakfast on Saturday morning and not have to take an UBER or taxi. We used the pool Sunday morning and it was an outdoor pool that the attendant told us was kept at 30 degrees. It was nice and warm and lovely and quiet early in the morning. We had such an amazing stay and the only fault I could find was that the pillows weren't quite firm enough for me. A small thing though.
