Travelled here on April 31st for 2 weeks to get married! The hotel is immaculate, I stayed in the free standing hot tub diamond club room it was perfect and had more than everything you’d expect, cleaned t...wice per day, full stocked fridge and 24/7 room service for any of our needs… it was perfect!! The day of ceremony was mind blowing, better than we could of ever imagined, the staff went above and beyond to make this the most special day ever and the photographer was brilliant, he caught the day perfectly so we could bring these memories home with us forever! Thank you for making this day for me and my now wife everything we’d dreamed of!! The food was fantastic, endless options and locations for all hours, with live cooking stations and a constant flow of fresh food in the buffet….we tried all of the al la carte restaurants and they were all good, The Zen tepenyaki was especially amazing. Perfectly blended cocktails great coffees and a huge selection of quality spirits. I’m an avid gym user and for or a hotel gym this was heavily equipped and one of the best I’ve used in a hotel. My butler Michael was brilliant…ultra responsive, super attentive and very helpful, any problems, anything I wanted and anything I needed he made sure was sorted so my holiday ran seamlessly and carefree. Special shoutout to diamond club pool bar staff members Carlos and Erdenkis, always smiling and joking, very pleasant and there service was second to none….there presence made the holiday what it was!!! The beach was stunning, white sands and crystal clear blue waters, what a dream!!! To be honest I can’t fault the hotel one bit, it served above and beyond my every expectation and I will definitely be back! See you all next year! Thank you Royalton Bavarro ???? Horrible experience. The service was extremely slow and staff was grumpy all the time. We ordered room service and they cancelled it on us an hour later….we had such a crappy vacation, and it was pretty ex...pensive. Worst part was that we had to book private dinners, because the restaurant was always fully booked. Never again! Harry

Over all stay was very good Loved zen and rio Grazi was good service very slow Loved the lazy River Our shower leaked a bit bit our room was cleaned daily and fridge stocked so that... was good Diamond club was a great experience loved the amenities Lots to do by the pool for the kids Grazi pizza was good !

Salmonella - on antibiotics Started on day 5. Fever and diarrhea. Buildings need upgrade Elevators not clean. Rooms cleaned very well. Building 16 Loved lazy river Some staff extremely friendly Other...s need to smile more Late check out costs $$$
